Definitions and Notes
(1) – Each keyword search consists of a keyword and a location setting to be used when searching for the given keyword, as well as a particular search engine segment for gathering results for the keyword search. A search engine segment is defined as a particular section in a given search engine (i.e. Google Organic, Google Maps). For example:
A single keyword search would provide tracking for the top 50 results in the Google Organic search engine segment
A single keyword search would provide tracking for the top 50 results in the Google Maps search engine segment
Tracking both Google Organic and Google Maps would count as 2 keyword searches, since you are running this keyword against 2 search engine segments (Organic and Maps).
(2-3) - A Reputation Report can be run in two ways, a Full Scrape Run or Quick Scrape Run, which are both defined below.
(2) - A quick scrape report run is where Places Scout will visit only the first page of reviews for each review site to check for new reviews, and is a relatively quick process.
(3) - A full scrape report run is where Places Scout will gather all reviews from all review pages for each review site. A full scrape can be considerably more resource intensive depending on how many pages of reviews are present on each review site
(4) – An auto-populate process is where Places Scout finds all the URL’s on each review / listing site for the given business location so that you do not have to find them all manually and enter them into the software. This is typically a one-time setup process for each report, and a single one-time auto-populate is included for each location in the bundled packages.
