Brand Audit

Places Scout’s brand audit reports provide an in-depth overview of a brand’s performance in both search and social. Our metrics paint a picture of both search engine positioning as well as user and brand engagement, making it easy to understand how well a brand is doing online when it comes to search and social.

Learn important metrics such as:

  • Does the brand respond to any reviews on GMB / Yelp / Facebook?
  • Do they answer any of their GMB Q&A?
  • Are they posting to GMB and Facebook?

And not just a yes / no to the above, we provide the % of locations that are doing so, and how long it takes them to do it.

For example, on average how long it takes them to respond to a review, how many avg. users share their Facebook posts, how often they post to Facebook etc.

All you need to run a brand audit report is the name of the brand. From there, we gather all the locations, and you can choose which to include in the audit.

Two data files are provided after the audit is finishing running.

  1. Overall Brand Summary Data – this provides the overall summary metrics of how well the brand is performing as a whole across all their locations.

  2. Individual Locations Data – this provides over 115 points of data for each individual location in the audit
