When creating a new reputation report, you will need to enter the business' Google+ Local Page ID OR Custom Vanity URL Name as Step 2 in the process of creating a Reputation Report.

To locate a business Google+ Local Page ID OR Custom Vanity URL Name, you will need to first locate the Business' Google+ Local Page. Typically you can do a search for the business in Google, and then find the business in the Local SERP Results.

Once you have located the business' +Local Page URL, you can then find the Google+ Local Page ID or Custom Vanity URL Name in the the URL of the business' +Local Page.

Google+ Local Page URLs with ID in the URL

If the Google+ Local Page URL contains a large number between slashes, this number is the +Local page ID, and the URL will follow this format:

https://plus.google.com/117529524161167922637/about?hl=en

The Google+ Local Page ID is the number you see in the URL above that is in bold and underlined - This is the number you will need to copy and paste into the 'Enter Business' Google+ Local Page ID' box. So in this case, you would enter 117529524161167922637 into the box for Step 2 when creating the reputation report.

NOTE: It is important that you enter the ID for the business' +Local Page, and NOT the ID for the business' Google+ Brand Page. Ensure that you enter the +Local page ID for accurate review gathering.

Google+ Local Page URLs with Custom Vanity URL Name

If the Google+ Local Page has been setup with a custom Vanity URL, the URL will contain a + sign before the custom vanity name - this is the vanity URL name, and the URL will follow this format:

https://plus.google.com/+Aosantamonica1/

The Google+ Local Page Custom Vanity URL Name is the text you see in the URL above that is in bold and underlined - This is the value you will need to copy and paste into the 'Enter Business' Google+ Local Page ID or Vanity URL Name' box. So in this case, you would enter +Aosantamonica1 into the box for Step 2 when creating the reputation report.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to include the + sign in front of the custom vanity URL name.
